PROBLEMS ARE OPPORTUNITIES . . .
GET VALUE-ADDED SOLUTIONS!

If you merely solve a production or packaging problem you may have missed the big payoffs:

A solution should not just reduce your pain... It should be part of your COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE!

EARLY INVOLVEMENT

Early involvement of your people helps assure that all needs are identified before the solution is crafted.

Understanding your people, your plant, your process, your product and your customers are all part of designing a value-added solution.  The solution must be in tune with ALL of your needs!

Because your people are partners in developing the solution, they will own it – a priceless asset in assuring the project's success.

INNOVATION

Not all solutions can be found in a catalog!  Tough problems often demand innovation.  Innovation is a service you can buy!

EARLY PROTOTYPING

Early prototyping is key to successful innovation.  Even a crude working model can be invaluable, not only as a test bed, but as a communications tool.  Innovations can be hard to explain and hard to sell.  Early prototyping allows hands-on familiarization with the proposed innovation.

When a physical model is not possible or appropriate, computer simulation can fill this need.  A 3D layout that can be panned, rotated, zoomed, and walked through, or a physical simulation that demonstrates the operation in real-time animation, can make very complex proposals comprehensible – even vivid.

Seeing is believing.  A working model or a computer simulation can dispel doubts, and more important, help you identify issues BEFORE they can cause trouble.  No surprises means fast startups and quick acceptance!

Here is an example.

PACKAGING EQUIPMENT

Select, specify and source all standard packaging equipment, including:

Bag Flatteners Bottle Cappers Bottle Feeders Bowl Feeders
Carton Erectors Cartoners Case Erectors Case Sealers
Casepackers Checkweighers Collators Date Coders
Die Wrappers Fillers Flow Wrappers Labelers
Metal Detectors Multipackers Palletizers Pick and Place
Pouchers Reject Stations Shrink Banders Statistical Scales
Stretch Wrappers Unitizers VFFS Baggers Vibratory Feeders

Directly interface with equipment vendors to assure compliance with performance specifications, changeover requirements, and sanitation standards.  Also to address maintenance, training, spares and support issues.

CONVEYING SYSTEMS

Select, specify and source all standard conveying equipment.

Design conveying systems and layouts for new or existing packaging operations.  Site survey and field measurement service.  3-D layout capability.  Custom design of conveyors for special applications, including stainless FDA sanitation/washdown.

AUTOMATION

Conceptualize, sketch, draft, flowchart, layout and specify, source and develop custom semi-automatic and fully-automatic systems, including complete PLC controlled packaging lines.

MACHINE DESIGN

Conceptualize, sketch, draft, 3-D computer simulate, prototype, source and develop custom machinery for custom packaging and automation applications.
